Aftercare

We are proud to be affiliated with Gateway Pet Memorial, Canada's first Accredited Aftercare provider, for our patient aftercare needs.  Gateway is located in Guelph, Ontario, and provides the following aftercare options for your beloved pet:

• Cemetery Services - Your pet can be buried in one of two cemetery locations.  Sandy Ridge Pet Cemetery is located in Eden, Ontario, and Lakeview Pet Cemetery is located in Mallorytown, Ontario.  Burial packages include opening and closing of the plot, cemetery maintenance, attended or unattended service, and cemetery marker.
• Communal Cremation - Your pet would be gently placed in the crematory together with other pets.  You do not get any of the cremated remains returned with this option.  Ossuaries at each Gateway Pet Cemetery contain a small portion of communal cremated remains, paying tribute to the lives of all pets placed there.  Bailey Mobile Veterinary Services will include a complimentary clay paw print to remember your pet by.
• Private Cremation - With every private cremation, Bailey Mobile Veterinary Services will include a complimentary clay paw print, as well as engraving on the urn that is chosen.
• Viewing and Visitations - Located in Guelph, Ontario, their peaceful and serene visitation rooms allow you the opportunity for a private goodbye.

Alternatively, you may choose to keep the remains for your own private burial.  Make sure to check your municipal by-laws to make sure that this is permitted where you live.
